My wine journey started in South Africa, where I obtained my diploma from Cape Wine Academy. I stuck around after my studies and worked as a restaurant manager & sommelier for a 5* hotel. The wine cellar was located beneath the hotel, every year we renewed it with the new vintages. I couldn’t resist the temptation.
After a few years I moved to Dubai. Proudly I worked alongside Lindsay Trivers – The Tasting Class. We organized wine events & education, because a country without a wine culture. Impossible!
Now back in The Netherlands where I want to share my journey with you.
