Portugal

With the decline of the fortified wine Port, this country has started looking at other wine styles. We can now find white, rosé and red wines here. Made from unpronounceable grape varieties and traditional techniques. A still relatively unknown wine country with enormous quality.

Also the country with the highest wine production in terms of quantity. With so many options and wine regions to choose from, Spain is the country where you definitely need multiple tastings. They also make sherry, a well-known fortified wine in dry and sweet varieties. Perfect for the adventurous drinker.

I will take you on a tour through the South African wine regions. Learn how the Dutch had a major influence on the wine industry in this sunny country. Taste South Africa’s own crossed grape variety. Turn on the braai and enjoy spicy seasoned biltong.
